Our caring and dedicated program staff are committed to the youth and families we serve and adept at finding whatever help is needed—counseling services, Life Skills training, housing or employment assistance—for these Essex County residents to thrive. Our staff makes a difference every single day in the lives of the children and families who are served by IFS. As a twenty-year-old client recently said, “It’s overwhelming cause I’m not used to the life and the love that they give at IFS.”
